Top percent options

The top % options will filter for a certain top/bottom% of hands according to equity.
These conditions are dynamic, meaning that whenever you make a change in your tree, they will automatically adapt.

The conditions will also work on unknown turns/rivers as long as the flop is known.
They will however not work on unknown flops.

Finally, they will also work in multiway trees, provided there's only 2 active players left.
